REMOTE ASSISTANCE - SETUP

The instructions below will guide you through setting up the remote assistance client. This client allows a technician to connect to your computer remotely to solve your computer problems. Please install this prior to scheduling your remote assistance appointment in order to streamline your repair.

Begin by downloading the Teamviewer Client. And then:

Remote support setup instructionsRun or save the program.

Remote support setup instructionsClick ‘Run’ and then ‘Yes’ on the User Access Control prompt.

Remote support setup instructionsThese are your ID and password used to allow the technician to connect.
